It has been quite a journey during Covid-19, especially now that we have finally reached a milestone: the endemic phase. Social distancing is now not mandatory and every single student in Tenby is rejoicing since tables can now be combined and we can speak to our friends and teachers freely.
Through term 2, students in Year 9 were made to choose their options for the following year, it was refreshing and yet also a bit saddening. It reminded us that we were inevitably about to reach a milestone in our life. On a lighter note, during the later part of term 2, bake sales had been happening frequently in Tenby’s Secondary Form, which were a great delight to any food-lovers on campus!
Now let’s talk about Term 3, I think that the biggest news of all would be the opening of MSSD competitions! In fact, the swimming gala has already started, and that’s only the start of all the upcoming competitions. It is indeed quite exhilarating to have everything almost back to normal now that certain SOPs have been lifted. I hope that more events will be held for students to enjoy and celebrate!
